Fiji OverviewFiji is situated in the South West Pacific. There are over 300 islands to visit, about 150 fiji accommodation properties and more than 50 organised day tours to enjoy. With over 410,000 tourists in 2004, and a highly developed tourist industry, Fiji is the envy of its South Pacific neighbours. There is something here for everyone - gorgeous beaches, uninhabited coral islands and crystal clear lagoons, truly beautiful coral reefs, lush tropical rainforest with high mountains and a traditional village-orientated culture. This makes it an all round destination for beach vacations, active holidays, exploring and backpacking. Fiji FactsLand mass: 7,100

Rural, island and urban locations are available throughout the Fijian chain of islands. Bure’s are also available for those who are traditional at heart.
